Project management comprises the provision and organization of all measures and activities necessary for the technical implementation of an IT project. This includes the management of the project, quantitative and qualitative project controlling, timely organization of necessary technical resources, preparation of the new system’s rollout, organization of test operation runs, supervision of the acceptance process, consulting in ongoing projects and much more.
The goal of project management is the preparation and commissioning of IT implementations on schedule. Our focus is on the best possible implementation of the business process mirrored by and managed with the new IT system.
We base our project management activities on project plans, requirements catalogs or documentation and other project setups agreed between the client and the IT service provider in charge.
